Administration

The administrative staff provides administrative services for Road Maintenance, County Engineer, County Surveyor and Parks. We plan and administer the budget and contracts for the department and represent Clatsop County on federal, state and local transportation issues. We also  perform the administration for the Westport Sewer Service District. We provide budgeting, finance, payroll, purchasing and contracting services for all the Transportation and Development areas, including Surveyor, Parks, Planning, Building Codes and Fisheries.
